At Woodlands Residential Home in Fleet, Hampshire, Lauren, a member of staff brought in her Bearded Dragon Lizard much to the delight of the residents.
Many took advantage of the opportunity and had a hold, this was a delightfully unusual experience.

Tracy Smith from Fleet visited on 2 May to sing to the residents at Woodlands. Tracy sang beautifully and encouraged residents and staff to join in.
After the performance residents enjoyed an afternoon tea in the lounge and garden.

In May we started a bird watching club.
The residents have enjoyed sitting in the garden in the lovely weather bird watching. Some of the birds they have spotted include a Heron, Woodpecker, Woodpigeons, Finches, Swallows and many more feathered friends.

Alison Lee brought 2 friendly ponies to visit the residents at Hill Brow and Woodlands on Tuesday 16th April. Matilda and Toby, the ponies, behaved impeccably and enjoyed the residents petting and grooming them.
Some staff member’s brought their children to see the ponies. They enjoyed grooming, petting and riding them.
