At Woodlands and Hill Brow we support families by investing and developing our staff, as the staff make the home. All relevant training is fully funded up to degree level, and most can be facilitated by fully qualified in house assessors and teachers.

We currently have silver investors in people award, and in 2012 we will be going for gold. In 2011 we won the prestigious Inspire award for Employer of the year in Hampshire. This was due to our investment in staff training and career development. We were extremely pleased with this achievement and hope to win more awards in 2012.
